Este masterplan, situado na cidade de Balneário Camboriú, SC, trabalha com as espacialidades para criar locais de alta densidade, porém com vários tipos de usos.

A área de intervenção se trata originalmente do local onde a rodovia federal se situa e que atua como um elemento segregador entre 2 bairros. Sendo assim, foi criada uma nova centralidade que supre a necessidade do local e dos bairros vizinhos em vários âmbitos.

This masterplan, located in Balneario Camboriu, SC, works with the different typology of spaces to create areas of high density, however with various types of uses.

The intervention area is originally the place where the federal highway is located and which acts as an element between two segregated neighborhoods. Thus, a centrality was created, which meets the local and neighbor districts needs in various areas.
